You have to use your key card to get to your floor of the hotel. We went to the pool when we came back our key cards did not work. The night shift desk manager was very rude. There seemed to be issues with plates and the buffet (as I've read on other reviews) and the staff must know their locals (I heard them talking to each other by first name) but it seems there is something off about Ollie's, hopefully they can get it worked out. I had to tell the lady what I had ordered so she could ring it up.Īn hour and forty five minutes later I was just disappointed. Finally I just decided to go up to the counter and pay. I finished it off and waited for the check to arrive. About 15 minutes, later my actual food arrived.
I went ahead and ate them as I was hungry at this point. Before I could say anything the waitress was gone again. and waited.Ībout an hour an fifteen minutes later part of a dish showed up (pancakes I hadn't ordered). I ordered my food, got my drink and waited. Place looked decent, cool theme and all, and was fairly busy. This is the first time I've ever had to leave anything other than a 5 star review.
